Quality control flow
1. Incoming material inspection (IQC) : it is the primary control point of the factory to stop the unqualified material entering the production process.
Entry inspection items and methods:
A) appearance: general use of visual, feel and contrast samples for verification;
B) size: generally used with caliper, micrometer, etc.
C) characteristics: such as physical, chemical, and mechanical properties, usually verified by detection instruments and specific methods.
Inspection method: a full test and b spot check
Processing of inspection results:
A) to receive;
B) rejection (return);
C) concession acceptance;
D) full inspection (rejected rejected products)
E) re-inspection after rework
Standard: raw materials, foreign purchase technical standards, incoming inspection and test control procedures, physical and chemical inspection regulations, etc.
